Teems Transmission Lines Academy propagates skill training programs to individuals who are interested in acquiring/enhancing the skills and competency levels in Transmission Line construction field. The main objective lies in standardizing the construction methodology and training in this specific industry.
The company has set up TEEMS TRANSMISSION LINES ACADEMY to impart training to the linesman already engaged in the field of Transmission line construction to improve/upgrade their skills and knowledge competency and also to provide full training to the new entrants.
The objective of setting of the Academy is to play a vital role in providing skill development training to the work force to meet the present challenges faced by the Transmission Line construction industry. This is an employment oriented program which has immense scope in the Transmission field.
The manpower requirement in Transmission sector is enormous during 12th plan period and the industry is already reeling under severe shortage of skilled workforce. We identified appropriate electrical lineman training programs to meet the requirements of the industry maintaining the quality standards and steady supply of trained workforce to support the industry’s manpower needs.
