Job Description:

Close monitoring of order Vs Supply

Vendor evaluation

Vendor development
-
Vendor relationship
-
Developing / reviewing the robust procurement process.

Keep reviewing for improvement in the process.
-
Mentor and develop strong procurement team.
-
Conduct regular good vendor relationships.
-
Cater to the demands of the internal customers.
-
Vet the procurement contracts with Vendors/service providers
-
Support the Bidding team with costing for the BOM/BOQ
-
Strategize the entire Procurement process proactively.
-
Note : Transmission line experience is mandatory.

Tendering – (Junior Level)
Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: B.E or B.Tech (Electrical)

Experience: 4-8 years

Job Description:
-
Closely watch for the new transmission projects / sub-station projects coming up in the country / abroad.

Identify the appropriate project suiting our capabilities.

Support inDeveloping suppliers
-
Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, and preparing synopsis
-
Frequent client visits.
-
Getting through the contract terms and conditions
-
Seeking Clarifications from Clients
-
Pre-tender site visit arrangements and getting key input for tender Estimation
-
Collection of Sub Vendor Offers, Analysis & Price Comparison
-
Submission of Tender in online portal
-
E-Reverse Auction & related arrangements
-
EMD Bank Guarantee follow up with clients
-
