Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: B.E or B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

Experience: 8-10 years

Job Description:

Deliver classroom training, hands-on exercises, and practical training to trainees as per the training modules on transmission line construction.
Coordinate with the Academy team and manage all arrangements required for training programmes.
Update and maintain technical modules and related documentation within the training program database.
Contribute to ongoing project activities during periods without scheduled training.
Should be familiar with all the tools and machineries related to transmission line works.
Should have ability to evaluate trainees upon completion of training courses for certification.

Skills:

Should have proficiency in MS Office for developing training materials as required.

Language: Tamil, English & Hindi
